LASU CALL ON GRADUATES TO COME FORWARD FOR THEIR CERTIFICATES

The Lagos State University currently has over Thirty Thousand (30,000) certificates (First Degree and Diploma) awaiting collection by LASU graduates. Most of the certificates have been ready for collection for over two (2) years.

LASU graduates are advise to Check through the link available for collection below.

1. Requirements for collection of Certificate by Graduates of the LASU Full-Time and Part-Time Programmes

1.	Original Notification of Result
2.	Duly Signed Student’s Final Clearance
3.	Student Identification Slip (Students Affairs)
4.	Student Statement of Account
5.	LASU issued Payment receipts for:
	a.	Certificate		N 5,000.00
	b.	Alumni dues		N 1,000.00
	c.	Convocation Brochure:
		i.	20th Edition	N1,500
		ii.	21st & 22nd Edition	N3,000

The Certificate collection exercise will be from Monday 12th November 2018, to Tuesday 1st January, 2019.

The exercise will be held in the University Auditorium on Monday to Friday, weekly, between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm, daily.

                                                                                                                                           

i.	Graduates who fail to collect their certificates within the stipulated period would pay a penalty of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only for late collection of certificate.
ii.	1988 – 2003 graduates who have lost their school fees receipts would be required to pay Five Thousand Naira (N5,000) only.

Graduates, who have collected their certificates prior to this publication, are to disregard this information, please.
