NIGERIA'S FORMER PRESIDENT, CHIEF(DR) OLUSEGUN OBASANJO, GCFR, EXECUTIVE SECRETARY, NUC, PROF. ABUBAKAR A. RASHEED FOR LASU 22ND CONVOCATION LECTURE NEXT TUESDAY

With the successful commencement of the university's 22nd Convocation Ceremonies on Monday, 7th May, 2018, all is now set for the convocation Lecture on Tuesday 22nd May, 2018.

The lecture titled 'Role of tertiary Education in Promoting Social Cohesion and Peace, Opportunities and Challenges for Nigeria'', will be delivered by the Executive Secretary, National University Commission (NUC), Prof.Abubakar Adam Rasheed, mni, MFR, FNAL

The University will, on the occasion, have the honor of hosting the Formal President, Federal Republic Of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, GCFR, who will chair the event. Venue is the University Auditorium Complex, Ojo, Lagos, by 11.00am.prompt.

Against the background, all members of Staff, Students and the entire University Community are cordially invited and are to be seated by 10.00am.
